Education, Experience, and Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related field experience required.
    • 5+ years of related experience with at least 2 years in a management position, and/or combination of comparable education and experience.
    • Intermediate skill level using MS Office products.
    • Previous experience and demonstrated capability using electronic health systems.
    • Previous experience with HIPAA Privacy rules and regulations.
    • Experience with, and implementing, federal funding rules and regulations with health care protocols.
    • Professional, self-motivated, results oriented.
    • Strong communication skills (written/verbal/presentation).
    • Detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel on an ongoing basis.
    • Strong organizations and analytic skills, strategy development, project and operations management, and data driven decision making.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Willingness and ability to travel to PPAU health center locations.
    • Adhere to the timeline and completes all required PPAU, PPFA, and state mandated trainings.
    • Experience working in a highly regulated environment, health care environment preferred.
    • Demonstrated sound judgment, ability to apply depth of knowledge and experience in solving complex challenges/making recommendations where no precedent may exist.
    • COVID-19 and yearly Flu vaccinations are required.

    • Organization: Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
    • Technology/Tools: Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Accounting and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
    • Time Management: Ability to multitask and work efficiently within close time constraints. Ability to work under pressure and in a highly stressful environment.
$100,000 - $105,000 a year
The salary for this position is 100k-105k DOE

Working Conditions
1. Environment: Work is usually performed in an office environment and travel between locations will be necessary. May encounter protestor activity.
2. OSHA: No potential exposure to blood borne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials.
3. Work Week: Usually works a standard work week, Monday through Friday.
4. Driving Responsibilities: Travel required. Willingness to use personal vehicle in the course of employment. Must possess a current driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
5. Extra Time: May be required to work weekends, or attend staff meetings outside the regular schedule, including evening, weekend, and/or early morning hours.
