Excellent opportunity for a seasoned Supervisor / Manager of case management to join our team, we are a mission-driven, non-profit organization that provides confidential assistance to healthcare professionals licensed through the Department of Public Health who have any condition which could impact their optimal health and wellness, and the safety of their patients. Case Management Supervisor oversees a team of four (4) case managers, while maintaining a separate, smaller, caseload. Supervisor provides training to incoming and present case managers, reviewing all incoming biological testing results to ensure protocols are being followed, assisting the Medical Director with maintaining internal quality assurance, and providing weekly check ins with the case management team. Role reports to an Administrative Director who is easy going and supports Supervisor ‘s day to day operations of department. Ideal candidate has leadership skills, with professional communication handling day to day challenges while maintaining composure. Works well with medical staff and additional leadership to practice and maintain good clinical and business practice. Role will become hybrid after 6 months; working 1 day from home. Requires, bachelor’s degree, experience in healthcare case management or related field. Management experience of 2 years overseeing staff required.

Compensation up to 65K base, plus fully covered health, dental and vison insurance. Additional benefits include 403(b), PTO and Holiday pay. Laptop and work from home equipment offered.

Location, CT near Hartford, Cromwell, and North Hampton. Beautiful area, close to everything.
