```Duties```

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO

- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports

- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items

- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent customer service skills

- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining files, and managing office equipment

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

- Support the CEO in project coordination and follow-up activities

- Utilize computer literacy skills to efficiently navigate software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar

```Requirements```

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook Calendar, Adobe & Marketting platforms

-Implement social media campaigns, email marketting, and online advancement

-Assist with the creation of marketting material, video creation and design

-Assist with planning fund raisers and non-profit events

-Assist with identifying and expansion of sponsorship

- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.15 - $23.07 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remote
