Personally Identifying Information

Free E-Mails: When you sign-up to receive free JobsInNonprofit e-mail information bulletins, JobsInNonprofit requires that you supply your name and e-mail address.

JobsInNonprofit Products: When you register to receive JobsInNonprofit products, whether those products are free or paid JobsInNonprofit requires that you supply your full name, e-mail address, contact information, and a unique subscriber ID. JobsInNonprofit may also require demographic information. In some instances, we also collect credit card information to bill subscribers for premium products.

Anonymous Information

JobsInNonprofit may also gather anonymous information, which may be used by JobsInNonprofit or shared with third parties. This information does not personally identify you but may be helpful for improving the services we offer. Generally this information is collected through "traffic data" and may entail the use of "cookies," "IP addresses," or other numeric codes used to identify a computer.

JobsInNonprofit employs cookies to recognize you and your access privileges for certain locations on the Web site. IP Addresses: JobsInNonprofit also logs IP addresses for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. (Your IP address indicates the location of your computer on the Intercom.) JobsInNonprofit does not log IP addresses to track your session, nor do we link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable.

Credit Card Information: JobsInNonprofit processes all payments with PayPal, one of the world's most trusted online credit card processors. So JobsInNonprofit will not have your personal credit card information, as it would be handled and kept confidential by PayPal.

Anonymous Information

JobsInNonprofit also shares the information it gathers in a compiled format with advertisers and other partners. The compiled format does not include personally identifying information.

WHAT DOES JobsInNonprofit DO WITH THE INFORMATION IT GATHERS?

Statistical Analysis and Banner Advertising: JobsInNonprofit may perform statistical analyses of user behavior in order to measure interest in the various areas of our site (for product development purposes) and to inform advertisers as to how many consumers have seen or "clicked" their advertising banners. JobsInNonprofit also uses demographic information to allow advertising banners on the Web site to be targeted to the readers for whom they are most pertinent. Account Maintenance: JobsInNonprofit may utilize the contact information you provided at registration, such as your telephone number and e-mail address, to contact you regarding account status, changes to the subscriber agreement, and to confirm registration.

Service Updates and E-Mail Promotions: Using the contact information and e-mail addresses provided at registration, JobsInNonprofit periodically sends promotional messages to its users about services offered by JobsInNonprofit and notifies users of new features or changes that may be made to these services. JobsInNonprofit may also elect to send promotional messages on behalf of selected third parties whose products or services we think may be of interest to you.
